UNC participated in the launching of the first venture of the program:“A town, a Productive Development”
This new venture is called: Nutrida.It was created at José Maria Paz Institute in the city of Idiazabal and its objective is to produce soya breaded steaks as an alternative nutritional feeding habit.Their target is to become a small-sized company, generate employment, boost the local economy and produce profits for the project. Mr Eduardo Accastello,Córdoba Industry,Commerce and Mining Minister together with Rector Juri and Mr Jorge Dutto,General Pro-Secretary, led the act (Rector Juri and Jorge Dutto participated online).
